At ROSE SKN GLOW, we offer fast and reliable shipping to our customers. Our shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. We use only the best packaging materials to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Rose Skn Glow skincare is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
ROSE SKN GLOW does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to
you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to you.info@rosesknglow.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that ROSE SKN GLOW shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.
